Data Operation Team Manager

Macrobond is a leading provider of global economic and financial data and technology for investment professionals. We are looking for a Data Operations Team Manager to lead a team of Data Specialists and drive operational excellence, ensure data delivery and integration accuracy, and support continuous improvement across tools, processes, and cross‐department collaboration.

Requirements

• Relevant experience, preferably within the Data Operations area (formal people management experience is an advantage)
• Understanding of leadership principles, people development, and performance management
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and quality
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, deadline‐driven environment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• High level of accountability, ownership, and integrity
• Spoken and written English - at least B2/C1 level
