Retail Cosmetics Sales Associate, Chesterfield Town Center - Flex

As a Cosmetic Sales Flex Colleague, you will be responsible for creating personalized and inspiring shopping experiences for customers, building relationships, and driving sales. You will be an educator and beauty expert, offering expert advice, conducting product demonstrations, and providing tailored consultations. You will also be responsible for maintaining an organized and shoppable space, leveraging clienteling tools, and staying up to date through ongoing training and vendor education.

Requirements

• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must be able to understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors
• Must be able to read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English
• At least 1 year of customer service or selling experience required
