The Victim Services Specialist is responsible for maintaining a caseload of victims of alcohol and drugged driving who require short-term crisis intervention, emotional support, and referrals. The role involves conducting individual needs assessments, creating case management plans, and providing advocacy and support to victims.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human services field of study
- Minimum 1 year of experience in victim advocacy or grief support work
- Reliable transportation and flexible schedule
- Strong organizational skills and communication skills
