Assistant Manager

As an Assistant Manager, you'll drive profitability through customer connections, brand loyalty, and strong community engagement, and provide immediate feedback and coaching to the sales team. You'll also collaborate with the leadership team to adapt strategies for business success and ensure smooth operational support.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of retail management experience
• Passion for the brand, customers, and teams
• Staying up to date with current fashion trends and industry developments
• Embracing teamwork, flexibility, and courtesy
• Innovating and championing new ideas
• Scheduling flexibility, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch, lift, carry, and move at least 40 pounds
