Assistant Manager

As an Assistant Manager at Madewell, you'll drive profitability through customer connections, brand loyalty, and community engagement. You'll provide feedback and coaching to the sales team and collaborate with the leadership team to adapt strategies for business success.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of retail management experience with a similar scope
• Passionately support our brand, customers, and teams
• Stay up to date with current fashion trends and industry developments
• Embrace teamwork, flexibility, and courtesy while executing tasks
• Innovate and champion new ideas while navigating uncertainty, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills
• Have scheduling flexibility, including nights, weekends and holidays
• Must bend, reach, stretch for product as well as lift, carry and move at least 40 pounds | 18 kilos
