The INAMI is seeking a Service Desk ICT Operator to support the business services of the INAMI. The employee will be part of the ICT Service Desk team within the IT department and will be responsible for providing first-line support to internal colleagues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent
- Good knowledge of and experience with hardware and software
- Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure (LAN, TCP/IP, security infrastructure, Windows domains)
- Knowledge and experience with ITIL a plus
- Initiative, result-oriented, and stress-resistant
- Excellent communicative skills
