Process Engineer

We are seeking a Process Engineer to lead process optimization, build capacity models, and manage project deliverables in a manufacturing plant environment.

Requirements

• Lead and investigate process optimization
• Collaborate with teams across various disciplines
• Implement methods and modifications to reduce production costs and increase production capacity
• Perform GEMBA walks and identify gaps in the process
• Develop and sustain manufacturing line layout
• Analyze customer requirements and develop manufacturing process within those parameters
• Apply Lean tools such as 5s, Process Flow Map, Plan Do Check Act, Total Preventive Maintenance, Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis, and Value Stream Map
