Maesa is hiring an Account Manager for the Grocery/Food channel to join a dynamic team dedicated to growing exciting beauty brands. The role involves building strong relationships with retailers, managing product sell-in, and driving promotional programs. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in account management, CPG, or beauty, with recent experience in the Grocery channel or comparable retail sectors.
Requirements
- Full execution and optimization of sales plans to drive net sales & market share growth
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with all relevant stakeholders
- Develop and execute negotiation strategies that strengthen retail partnerships
- Collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders to deliver win-win scenarios
- Be the primary contact and liaison with accounts
- Lead annual business planning using data-driven insights
- Responsible for accurate forecasting of monthly sales by brand and items
- Serves as âvoice of customerâ to the company
- Lead customer meeting and presentation preparations
- Maintain items (SKU) information, updates, pricing, etc.
- Implement new items and planogram updates
- Completion of all paperwork and forms needed by each account
