Job Description
As a Solution Architect in our MAG Technology team, you'll help transform our business through technology, digital, and automation. You'll define technology solutions, oversee SAP SuccessFactors HCM & Payroll platform, and interact with senior stakeholders.
Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal, networking, presentation, and communication skills
- Commercially astute
- Detailed technical knowledge spanning enterprise technologies, systems, and infrastructure
- Experience building and executing a tech strategy
- Maintaining a technology roadmap
- Adapting to business, market, and technical change
- Developing, mapping, and maintaining a technical architecture
- Experience of HR & Payroll Platforms (in particular SuccessFactors modules)
- Awareness of the Airport/Aviation tech landscape
