Prepares and welds parts in accordance with ENA approved operating procedures and technical data.
Requirements
- Represents ENA in a professional manner.
- Follows policies and procedures established by Euravia North America, ENA Repair Station Manual, ENA Quality Control Manual, FAR’s, Quality Assurance Manager and Chief of Engineering.
- Welds parts in accordance with work instructions, standard operating procedures, approved technical data and authority roster qualification.
- Follows work instructions carefully.
- Carries out operations IAW job instructions and approved documentation provided; ensuring all previous operations have been completed, signed or stamped off before commencement.
- Ensures completed work is stamped off or signed as instructed.
- Uses fixtures, measuring and gauging tools when required.
- Ensures all tools used are calibrated (if required) and in good working order.
- Understands blueprints, company manuals, and written and verbal instructions.
- Follows written and verbal instructions.
- Ability to relate to others in a courteous manner.
- Ability to learn and adapt to varied work assignments.
- Possesses the practical and technical knowledge required to perform assigned responsibilities.
- Ability to demonstrate proper judgment and decision-making skills when necessary.
