Lead Preschool Teacher

Magical Beginnings is seeking a Lead Preschool Teacher to join their Upper Village center. The successful candidate will create engaging preschool classroom experiences, build strong family partnerships, and help young learners develop confidence, independence, and school readiness skills.

Requirements

• Must meet New York State OCFS qualifications for a Preschool Lead Teacher position in a licensed childcare center
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• CDA, Associate’s Degree, or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred
• Previous experience working in a preschool, daycare, childcare, or early childhood education setting required
• Prior experience leading a preschool classroom and implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum preferred
