Job Description
Magical is seeking Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to drive business growth by identifying and generating leads. The role involves building relationships with potential clients, qualifying leads, and setting up meetings for account executives. SDRs will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and improve conversion rates.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in an SDR role
- Experience selling automation solutions
- Experience selling into healthcare or IT a plus
- Strong communication skills
- Comfort with Salesforce or similar CRM
- Track record of hitting and exceeding quota
