MDS Coordinator

Brooke Knoll Village is looking for a licensed LPN or RN to join our team as an MDS Coordinator, responsible for MDS scheduling and completion, care plan scheduling, ICD-10 code assignment, and data collection for audits.

Requirements

• Licensed LPN or RN in the state of Indiana
• Organized and detail-oriented with great assessment and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as a team
• Ambitious, inquisitive, and eager to learn
