Requirements
- Work as a team player and prepare high-quality food orders in a timely and efficient manner
- Possess a thorough working understanding of all recipes, restaurant standards, and visual standards for each product
- Ensure adherence to Magnolia recipes
- Carry out instructions of kitchen management
- Operate equipment safely and in line with best-use practices for each piece of equipment
- Check with management any time quality of products is in question
- Anticipate guest needs and provide exceptional guest service
- Communicate with management regarding status of products, quality control issues, problems with equipment, or unusual conditions
- Ensure stations are stocked throughout shift and assist in prep when necessary
- Evaluate and modify processes in order to improve efficiency and quality of service
- Handle, prepare, and store food in ways that prevent foodborne illnesses and ensure compliance with all food safety standards
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Perform other duties as assigned
