Requirements

• 6-8 years of experience in the automotive sector with a solid grounding in Finite Element Analysis (FEA) principles
• Master's degree in Technology (M.Tech) from a prestigious institution such as the IITs or top-tier university with a minimum GATE score surpassing 90%
• Strong communication skills to articulate complex engineering concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
• Excellent negotiation capabilities and interpersonal skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams
