Job Description
As a Lead Engineer - CAE, you will advance the performance and safety of vehicle components and systems through finite element modeling, collaborating with design teams and leading a team of engineers.
Requirements
- 6-9 years of experience in CAE engineering in automotive or heavy machinery sectors
- Expertise in leading CAE software for finite element modeling and analysis
- Proven experience managing engineering teams and leading projects with cross-functional collaboration
- Demonstrated capability in fatigue analysis, structural optimization, and problem-solving under tight deadlines
