The Customer Quality Engineer will be responsible for daily communication with customers to ensure satisfaction, handling customer complaints, and implementing corrective actions to address quality issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in manufacturing, quality assurance or engineering in the automotive industry.
- Fluent English.
- In-depth knowledge of quality standards, including ISO 9001, IATF 16949 and VDA 6.3.
- Experience with automotive quality tools and methods, such as APQP, PPAP, FMEA and 8D.
- Fluent Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to travel.
