Job Description
The Filter Element Value Stream Leader will lead and supervise filter line production to meet OEE, quality and delivery goals, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
Requirements
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, environment and company policies.
- Monitor and improve line performance (scrap, rework, downtime).
- Lead and supervise filter line production to meet Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), quality and delivery goal according to MPS (Mahle Production System) standarts.
- Organize daily production meetings with team leaders and setters.
- Work to improve equipment changeovers, SMED.
- Drive problem-solving and continuous improvement projects, Lean Activities.
- Coordinate with Maintenance and Purchasing for spare parts and consumables.
- Collaborate with Planning and Project teams for smooth product launches.
- Manage workforce planning, shift schedules and team allocation.
- Lead employee development, motivation and training activities.
- Provide regular reports to the Production Manager.
