The Head of Talent Acquisition North America will manage the full regional talent acquisition lifecycle, leading the Sourcing, Recruiting, and Onboarding team and implementing strategies tailored to Mexico, USA, and Canada.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field
- 5+ years of progressive experience in sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding
- Experience with modern Talent Acquisition tools & processes
- Experience in implementing international projects including deriving concepts from HR strategy
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience with SuccessFactors and PeopleDoc preferred
- Organization and problem-solving skills
- Hands-on, proactive, and service-oriented mindset
- Social media and digital recruiting expertise
- Ability to align regional initiatives with global brand, compliance, and communication standards
