We are looking for an HR SSC specialist who will provide support to our HR processes and activities, direct employees, coordinate HR tasks and ensure smooth daily functioning of the HR SSC.
Requirements
- Experience or interest in HR processes, preferably in Shared Services or BPO environment
- Excellent knowledge of English and Czech languages
- Understanding of the HR Shared Services model and support processes
- Knowledge of HR IT systems (SuccessFactors, PeopleDoc, SAP HR) and ticketing systems
- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Diploma or studies in the field of HR, business or related fields
- Organizational and communication skills, customer-oriented
