We are looking for an HR SSC specialist to provide support to our HR processes and activities, guide employees, coordinate HR tasks and ensure seamless daily operation of the HR SSC.
Requirements
- First point of contact for HR inquiries from employees through various channels (ticketing system, phone, chat)
- Responding to employee questions, managing requests and escalating complex cases when necessary
- Updating and processing HR data, creating tickets for corrections or new requests
- Prioritizing received requests and resolving in accordance with standard procedures
- Guiding employees to internal rules or external partners
- Collaboration with other SSC team members and participation in process improvement projects
- Ensuring high-level user support while respecting global HR procedures
