Logistics Supervisor

Logistics Supervisor responsible for leading and coordinating daily logistics and distribution activities, ensuring efficient, safe, and cost-effective movement of materials and finished goods. The position oversees assigned warehouse operations and shipping and receiving while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Planning and monitoring inbound and outgoing deliveries
• Supervising logistics, warehouse, and transportation
• Organizing warehouses, label goods, plot routes and process shipments
• Responding to any issues or complaints
• Researching ideal shipping techniques, routing and carriers
• Working with other departments to incorporate logistics with company procedures and operations
• Updating and evaluating metrics to assess performance and implement enhancements
• Developing relationships with internal customers and stakeholders and communicating about any issues or concerns that arise
• Monitoring existing logistics systems and making suggestions for improvement when needed
