Job Description
Manage administrative tasks, handle reporting requests, and provide quality checks. Support global HR Reporting processes and projects. Collaborate with the CoE HR Reporting & Analytics Team and provide regular feedback for updates.
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years working experience in Data Science, HR Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Strategic Workforce Planning
- Experience in international collaborations and dealing with stakeholders on different levels
- Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Information Systems with a major in Human Resources or comparable education
- Advanced Microsoft 365 skills, especially within Teams, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Solid experience with HR IT Systems, ideally with SAP
- Proficient English skills both spoken and written
