Requirements
- Educational background in HR and / or IT
- Significant experience within HR system related projects in an international environment
- Deep understanding of integrated HR IT systems and processes
- Knowledge of data privacy and compliance related requirements
- Knowledge of time management and payroll processing rules within SAP HCM
- Solid organization, planning, and communication skills
- Good team player with self-driven, service- and result-oriented personality
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Eager to improve and innovate processes
- Very good Microsoft 365 skills, especially within Teams, PowerPoint and Excel
- Business fluent in English, secondary language is a plus
