Job Description
Drive HR digitalization projects, support HR IT systems, and collaborate across borders as an HR Process & System Management Specialist for Germany's regional CoE.
Requirements
- Degree in digital business, business informatics, business administration, or similar
- Proven project management experience in HR/IT
- Solid understanding of HR processes and systems, with hands-on experience in HR IT platforms (e.g., SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, UKG PeopleDoc)
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills, combined with a proactive and structured approach
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in an intercultural environment
- High team spirit and social competence
- Fluent English; German is a plus
