Job Description
We are looking for a Specialist HR IT System Operations & HR IT Compliance Europe - Regional CoE to join our team in Wrocław, PL. The role will involve supporting the implementation and running of a global HR IT landscape in the region, ensuring compliance and audit topics are addressed, and facilitating the integration of regional perspectives into global projects.
Requirements
- Educational background in HR and / or IT is an advantage
- Significant experience within HR system related projects in an international environment
- Deep understanding of integrated HR IT systems and processes (on premise and cloud solutions) and their interdependencies
- Knowledge of time management and payroll processing rules ideally within SAP HCM
- Solid organization, planning, and communication skills
- Good team player who is self-driven, service- and result oriented personality
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Eager to improve and innovate processes
- Very good Microsoft 365 skills, especially within Teams, PowerPoint and Excel
- Business fluent in English, secondary language is a plus
