Implementation of continuous improvement tools, conducting Kaizen workshops, auditing production areas, and leading cost-saving projects as a Process Optimization Specialist at MAHLE in Krotoszyn, PL.
Requirements
- Secondary or higher education in Management and Production Engineering or Lean Management
- Knowledge of quality issues and lean manufacturing
- Good command of the English language
- Knowledge of AutoCad
- Ability to solve problems and analytical thinking
- Developed communication skills
- Practical experience in a production environment
- Ability to independently organize work
