Job Description
The Case Manager will case manage shelter residents requiring assistance of The Salvation Army, performing duties such as intake and interviews, resource referral, and data entry. They will also provide transportation and interact professionally with the public and Salvation Army staff.
Requirements
- AA or BA Degree
- Two to four years related experience and/or training
- Must be familiar with the social service aspects of The Salvation Army
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must possess a valid California Class C Driver License
- Must be 21 years or older
