Job Description
The Salvation Army is seeking a Case Manager to assist shelter residents in finding needed services to break out of homelessness. The successful candidate will coordinate intake and interviews, refer guests to appropriate services, and provide local transportation as needed.
Requirements
- AA or BA Degree
- Two to four years related experience and/or training
- Familiarity with social service aspects of The Salvation Army
- Reliable transportation
- Valid California Class C Driver License
- Ability to drive a Salvation Army vehicle
- 21 years or older
