Job Description
The Director of Gift Planning leads, develops, implements, and coordinates all phases of the Gift Planning Program within their assigned Divisional coverage area to achieve the goals set for identifying and establishing gift commitments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, sales, finance, or related field
- Proven ability to assist donors in closing gift plans at the six- and seven-figure levels
- Ability to simplify complicated concepts in writing and verbally
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to maintain accurate records
- Ability to travel for training, conferences, and donor face-to-face visits
