Divisional Director of Gift Planning (DGP)-11-001-/SC-Carson Divisional Headquarters (DHQ)

The Director of Gift Planning (DGP) leads the Gift Planning Program within their assigned Divisional coverage area to achieve goals for identifying and establishing gift commitments.

Requirements

• Identifying, cultivating, finalizing, and stewarding gift plan commitments
• Maintaining relationships with Corps Officers and staff
• Managing and building relationships with professionals such as CPAs, CFPs, and Attorneys
• Collaborating with Corps Officers, Donor Relations Directors, and Development staff
• Meeting metrics for work product, face-to-face visits, gift planning proposals, and donor meetings
• Promoting and participating in donor or advisor seminars
