Job Description
The Divisional Director of Planned Giving is responsible for a portfolio of 100+ existing gift planning donors and 200+ prospects throughout San Francisco, San Mateo County, Silicon Valley, and Monterey County.
Requirements
- Responsible for a portfolio of 100+ existing gift planning donors
- Deliver 20+ proposals per month that will generate $5M+ in new commitments per year
- Communicate and reports into the donor database all significant interactions as required
- Conducts tours of Salvation Army Facilities with donors and facilitates face-to-face interaction with Division leadership
- Strong ability to close gifts six and seven figure gift plans
- Active listener with experience in assisting people in making decisions
