The HR Generalist serves as the primary Human Resources point of contact for assigned Center(s), stores, and operational facilities, providing comprehensive HR support, including recruiting, onboarding, employee records management, compliance, performance management, and employee relations.
Requirements
- BA/BS in HRM, Business, or related field and at least 1 year in HR or at least 3 verifiable years of experience in HR
- Must have at least one year of verifiable experience with low level employee relations
- PHR or SHRM Certifications are a Plus+
- Strong computer skills, including email, MS Office and related business & communication tools
- Excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented and able to multi-task
- Must be self-motivated, able to work with a minimum of supervision, and able to handle confidential matters
- Effective written and verbal communication skills and able to interact with staff at all levels
- Willing to drive to stores and other HR related business matters periodically year around
- Current valid Driver’s license
