Job Description
The Maui Recovery POH Case Manager will provide ongoing support and expertise through comprehensive assessment, planning, implementation, and overall evaluation of clients' needs utilizing the strengths-based perspective and motivational interviewing.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human services, Social Work, Education, or Psychology preferred
- Three years of experience working in social services
- Strong knowledge base of local (Maui) resources
- Clean driving record
- Computer proficiency
