Job Description
The Maui Recovery POH Case Manager will provide strengths-based intensive case management services to families who desire to take action to break the cycle of intergenerational poverty and move from crisis to self-sufficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human services, Social Work, Education, or Psychology preferred
- Three years of experience working in social services with strong knowledge base of local (Maui) resources
- Clean driving record
- Ability to do fieldwork in various settings
- Computer proficiency
- Experience working disaster recovery is preferred
- Bi-lingual applicants are encouraged to apply
