Job Description
The Residential Specialist for the Hilo Residential program provides emergency shelter services for youth in need of out of home placement, and performs various duties including ensuring the upkeep of the facility, monitoring resident needs, and providing crisis counseling.
Requirements
- High school graduate
- Three years of experience working with juveniles or at-risk youth population
- Valid Hawaii driver's license
- Valid TB clearance & Pre employment medical clearances
- Valid First Aid and CPR certification
- DHS FBI/Criminal History & CAN cleared
- Ability to drive a 10,000 GVW passenger van
