Job Description
The Adventure Lead is responsible for planning and leading a safe, engaging program that introduces campers to hiking, outdoor exploration, team building, and ropes activities.
Requirements
- Plan, organize, and lead engaging adventure programs
- Facilitate low and high ropes activities safely
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of adventure program areas
- Supervise free-time activity areas
- Lead sunrise hikes and assist cabin leaders
- Support Salvation Army badge and enrichment classes
- Participate in campfires and evening programs
- Maintain cleanliness in living quarters
- Build relationships with campers and staff
