Requirements
- Enforce respect for personal property, camp equipment and facilities
- Manage break day outings, activities, and meals
- Conduct regular rounds of camp to ensure physical and emotional safety of all staff on camp
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with staff
- Assist with the clean-up of the total camp at the end of each camper session and at the conclusion of the summer
- Maintain a standard of cleanliness in personal grooming and in living quarters
- Demonstrate a commitment to following Jesus Christ as a leader and example to other staff
- Any other duties as assigned by the LDM and Camp Director
