Requirements
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in the dining room
- Provide careful direction to the proper maintenance of all dining room equipment and furnishings
- Plan & lead daily devotions for wait staff
- Work in conjunction with the Food Service Administrator and the Office Manager to maintain USDA meal count accuracy
