Summer Timberlake Unit Leader - $450/week

The Salvation Army is seeking a Summer Timberlake Unit Leader to provide leadership, guidance, and support to counselors and junior counselors in assigned units. The successful candidate will develop and implement unit activities, ensure safety and supervision, and assist with staff training and development.

Requirements

• Leadership experience
• Ability to work with children and adolescents
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Physical stamina to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with American Camping Association standards
• Ability to enforce camp policies and procedures
• Good safety record
