The Salvation Army is seeking a Summer Timberlake Unit Leader to provide leadership, guidance, and support to Counselors and Junior Counselors in assigned units. The successful candidate will develop and implement unit activities, ensure safety and supervision, and assist with training and development of Junior Counselors.
Requirements
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to Counselors and Junior Counselors in assigned units
- Develop and implement unit activities and events
- Ensure safety and appropriate supervision for all campers at all times
- Assist with training and development of Junior Counselors
- Provide discipline for staff and campers in the unit
- Plan for staff enrichment through weekly meetings with staff
