Transportation Supervisor

The Salvation Army is seeking a Transportation Supervisor to oversee a team of drivers and manage transportation operations, including route planning, fleet management, and safety regulations.

Requirements

• High School Graduate or equivalent
• Current valid driver’s license
• TSA driver and safety training series
• Background check
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, train, and motivate others
• Ability to communicate (verbal and written) effectively
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Working knowledge of DOT rules and regulations
• General understanding of Safety Rules for Dock and Transportation
• Minimum of five years light industrial, transportation, or operations’ experience
• Minimum two years of verifiable supervisory experience
