Job Description
The QMHA provides care that responds to the physical and psychological needs of members served, providing direct and indirect services according to individual service plans and Medicaid standards. The role is part-time and requires on-call shifts.
Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D
- Three (3) years of experience in a psychiatric mental health setting or BA/BS with one (1) year experience in mental health setting
- Credentialed as a QMHA in the state of Oregon
- Completed approved training and passed competency test
- At least 18 years of age
- CPR, First Aid, and CPI certified
- Valid and current driver’s license
- Personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver
