Job Description
The QMHA provides care that responds to the physical and psychological needs of members served. They provide direct and indirect services according to individual service plans and Medicaid standards. Shifts are available for Full-Time, Swing shifts from 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM. Starting wage range is $20.00 - $24.11 with potential for geographic differentials.
Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D
- Three years of experience in a psychiatric mental health setting or BA/BS with one year of experience in a mental health setting
- Credentialed as a QMHA in the state of Oregon
- Completed approved training and pass competency test
- 18 years of age
- CPR, First Aid, and CPI certified (hands-on course)
- Valid and current driver's license, and personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver
