Job Description
Join MaineGeneral Health as a Social Worker (LSW or LMSW) to support patients and families in our Augusta Family Medicine Institute team. Collaborate with staff, payers, and external resources to identify needs and enhance clinical outcomes. Maine state licensure as a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) or Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) is required.
Requirements
- Maine state licensure as a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) or Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) is required
