The HR Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the Human Resources team across recruitment, onboarding, and daily HR operations. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys being at the center of people-focused work—helping candidates feel welcomed, supporting employees, and ensuring HR processes run smoothly behind the scenes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources, or similar field
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
- Experience with software systems such as Net Study, Docuware
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR systems is preferred
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work with and collaborate with different teams
- Ability to pass a DHS Background Study
- Valid Driver’s License
