Job Description
The Residential Development Representative role involves directly engaging with potential customers to sell MSFN's products, identifying leads, educating consumers, and closing sales on the spot.
Requirements
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a quarterly basis.
- Identify and approach prospects in designated neighborhoods.
- Present product offerings effectively and close sales.
- Prepare and submit reports as required.
- Keep track of daily sales activities and results.
- Master the features and benefits of our products to effectively educate consumers.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and workflows.
- Develop an understanding of the local market and customer base.
- Provide valuable customer feedback to the Sales Manager.
- Handle high-pressure situations with composure.
- Understand the ideal customer profile and tailor sales pitches accordingly.

- Base salary of $45,000
- Commission of up to $45,000
