Job Description
Client Success Manager for Large Enterprises will drive client success and loyalty in the Enterprise segment, maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and helping them achieve their goals using MaintainX software products.
Requirements
- Over 5 years of experience in client success, preferably in a software company
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Success in the B2B SaaS/Software industry with management of an Enterprise business portfolio
- Experience managing Enterprise accounts with multiple stakeholders, departments, and implementation cycles
- Proven experience in client success and loyalty
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience conducting product demonstrations and training sessions
- Analytical mindset and experience using data to make decisions and improve client success
