Job Description
MaintainX is looking for a detail-oriented Deal Desk Analyst to support its growing Revenue Operations team. The ideal candidate will have a background in Business, Finance, or Economics, with 2-4 years of experience in sales operations, finance, or legal. The role involves supporting the quote-to-contract process, reviewing and structuring complex sales deals, and maintaining data accuracy across systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in sales operations, finance, or legal
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Excel
- Strong experience with billing/quote-to-cash tools
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
