Job Description
MaintainX is seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Deal Desk Analyst to support the quote-to-contract process, ensuring accuracy and compliance in quoting, pricing, and contract terms. The role involves working with Sales, Legal, and Finance teams to review and structure complex sales deals, lead ARR reconciliation efforts, and maintain data accuracy and alignment across systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or similar field
- 2-4 years of experience in sales operations, finance, or legal
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Excel (including PivotTables, VLOOKUP, SUMIF)
- Experience with billing/quote-to-cash tools; Salesforce CPQ/RCA is preferred
- Strong communication, time management, problem-solving, and analytical skills
